Come try out this new class being offered by Noriko Wed Feb 6th at 7:15 we will be holding a FREE Demo Zumba and Zumba Toning class which is being taught by Noriko on Thursday evenings in Oak Bay. This registered class now allows dropins, passes are not valid at this location. The class combines Zumba with some Zumba Toning routines. It’s a great new class and we think you will like it!
