Come and get spooky and scary! Every year I teach some Halloween choreography and this year I have been looking at some fun new ones. We will be dancing to them during Lights Out some come and learn this during this month as they are only around once a year!

Save money on more classes! We’ve dropped the price of the 20 class pass from $160 to $150 which includes 1 free class dropping the price to $7.15/class. The 1 month pass drops from $95 to $85 which allows you to attend 12 classes per month. This drops your cost per class down to $7.08! You can buy passes by e-transfer, cash, debit and credit and also by PayPal.

Come be a Rockstar Sunday, September 23, 2018, is the 3rd UrbaCity Challenge that I am so happy to be part of. This year we are doing something super fun and exciting, a step away from Zumba, but not away from Dance Fitness. This year we are doing a BollyX Challenge station which has been opened to all teams. The challenge station is a Performance piece which is a Bollywood Battle. It’s going to be all kinds of fun which encourages getting colourful and blinged out while having the most outrageously fun dance off! From 10:00 am – 2 pm we will dancing it up with groups of racers...
