Students, I need to do the smart thing and take one more day of rest and do what I tell you to do the first time I introduce Zumba to you.
Listen to your body
As we do a lot of work with our arms, I think it is the smartest move to take one more rest day from Zumba, and strongly modify in Toning on Wednesday. Being proactive now is the best investment in my health!
See you Wednesday night for Zumba Toning, I will be modifying my moves. Thursday is Throwback Thursday as always and Saturday will have some new choreography 🙂
