I’m having some shockwave therapy done on Saturday Feb 28th and I need to rest for 48 hours, so I am taking the Sunday off. There will be NO CLASS on Sunday March 1, 2015 at 4:30 pm I am sorry!
Class will be as usual on Tuesday March 3 at 7 pm
