Classes are open for you at Studio Fitness!
Thanks to Justina Bailey of Studio Fitness who has been working so hard with me to see how I can keep classes running for you, we have a plan. She is inspiring me to keep something planned for Christmas, so stay tuned.
For the month of October Ximena Londono, a former student of mine who teaches at the Burnside Community Centre, will be teaching. Starting in November, Brenda Curts will be teaching you moving into the new year! Their bios will be posted soon
Noriko continues to teach on Sunday evenings! She has been a constant in my class since early 2016 and her classes will keep you dancing, sweating and smiling. Dave subs on Sundays and you will see him on Oct 8!
Starting October 14th, the Saturday 9 am class will be offered as BellyFit with Alesha Doran! Her bio will be coming soon.A typical Bellyfit class is one hour. You can expect to start the class with a 4 minute guided posture check and opening meditation, then 35 minutes of cardio, cool down and isolations. You will then take your shoes off and transition to the floor for Pilates inspired core work and a flowing Yoga inspired stretch. You will finish with a very brief closing Mudra Meditation.
