Due to doctors orders, I am required to stop all dancing It is with the greatest of sadness that I have to announce that I have to step back from teaching for an undetermined period of time. I suffered a concussion mid-December 2016 that originally kept me out of the studio for 2 months and I have never fully recovered from it. Over the past 3 weeks, the struggle has been increasingly more difficult to dance, let alone get through my daily work life and home life. Come be part of this important fundraiser for Prostate Cancer I am beyond delighted to be part of the UrbaCity Challenge again this year and we are headed to the Distrikt nightclub in the Strathcona Hotel!
